The platform connects the complete workflow from customer visits and inspections to quotations, approvals, repair jobs, procurement, inventory, invoicing, intercompany stock transfers, and Qatar-specific payroll.
One ERP Platform for Sales, Workshop, Inventory, Finance & Payroll
Seashore Hydraulics needed an ERP platform that could adapt to the way its hydraulics sales and repair business operates.
The customized Odoo 19 solution connects customer visits and inspections with estimates and quotations, while configurable approval workflows provide control over sales and purchasing.
Stock validation prevents sales orders from being confirmed when required quantities are unavailable. Repair and service operations are managed through Job Cards that track jobs from intake to completion and support employee efficiency reporting.
The platform also manages product certificates and expiry dates, partner legal documents and reminders, invoice permissions and overdue alerts, multi-invoice payments, and intercompany stock transfers.
For Qatar operations, the platform includes customized payroll rules covering salary structures, end-of-service gratuity, leave eligibility, and WPS SIF bank-file generation.
Seashore Hydraulics is built on Odoo 19 Enterprise and Odoo.sh, with custom Python, XML, QWeb, and ORM development extending sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, CRM, workshop, HR, and payroll workflows.
