iHomes is a customized Odoo 19 construction ERP platform designed to manage the complete journey from lead qualification and site inspection to estimation, sales, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, invoicing, and job costing.
One Connected Platform for the Complete Construction Lifecycle
iHomes replaces disconnected construction processes with a unified ERP workflow built on Odoo 19.
From the first customer enquiry, teams can qualify leads, schedule and geo-tag site visits, create detailed estimates, and convert approved estimates into quotations. Once a sale is confirmed, the platform automatically assigns a job number and creates the associated project and tasks.
The workflow continues through site-level material requisitions, purchase requests, purchase orders, inventory management, manufacturing, delivery, invoicing, and job-level cost tracking.
The platform also introduces operational controls that standard Odoo does not provide out of the box, including user- and category-based discount limits, brand-based product filtering, job-linked procurement and accounting, and manual invoice and bill round-off.
For manufactured products, iHomes supports an intercompany workflow where the customer-facing branch sells to the customer while the parent company handles manufacturing and stock ownership before delivering the finished product back to the branch.
iHomes is built as a specialized construction ERP layer on top of Odoo 19, extending core ERP applications with custom Python, XML, OWL, and QWeb development.
