One Connected ERP for Multi-Branch Retail & Manufacturing
Alanood operates a made-to-order business where a customer sale at a retail branch can trigger a complete manufacturing and fulfillment process across multiple companies.
The customized Odoo 18 platform connects the entire journey: a branch creates the customer sale, an intercompany purchase is generated for the manufacturing company, the factory manufactures the required product, and finished goods move through transit and back to the branch before reaching the customer.
A custom order-tracking layer provides visibility across this entire chain, from confirmed orders through production, dispatch, transit, store receipt, and final delivery.
The platform also extends Odoo POS with controlled discounts and mandatory override reasons, supports Arabic receipts, provides production and employee-time reporting, manages employee loans and payroll deductions, and adds UAE-specific accounting and cheque-printing capabilities.
Alanood is built on Odoo 18 with custom Python, XML, OWL, QWeb, SCSS, and PostgreSQL-based development, extending Sales, Purchase, MRP, Inventory, POS, HR, Payroll, and Accounting workflows.
